Is there someone going through the similar condition as mine? Confused on what should I do now?
Hi everyone, My name is David Dobrusin, I am 53 years old. I use to work with an automobile spare part manufacturing firm. I was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017. I was suffering from an intense chest infection for 2 weeks after which my doctor suggested X-ray scan, which revealed 2 lumps in my Right lung. After which, a biopsy test confirmed that I had Lung cancer. My doctors told me that they would do a lobectomy of the lower lobe of my right lung. After this, I was given 4 rounds of chemotherapy. Doctors and nurse explained to me the various side effects of chemotherapy, to prepare me for what was to come. After which things started to get back to normal. Cancer really tests you physically, mentally and emotionally. Last month, I started to feel immense pain in my lower back. Bone scan showed I have Tumor metastasis in my bones. I have been restarted on chemotherapy for the same. Due to this, I started facing difficulty in walking and doing other physical activities. Eventually, I had to quit my job. Is there someone going through the similar condition as mine? I am really clueless about what should I do now?
