Following are some common signs and symptoms of breast cancer that should be reported immediately:
-A new thickening or lump in the breast or in the underarm area
-An asymmetrical change in the shape or size of the breasts
-Dimpling or puckering in the skin of breast
-An abnormal nipple discharge, especially a bloody discharge
-A red, scaly or swollen skin on the breast, nipple, or areola
-Multiple small dimples on the breast skin which make it appear like an orange peel
